Shh, little one, don't be afraid.
Momma's going to take care of you.

Shh, little one, I'm here.
I won't leave you.

While I'm here, nothing will harm you.
It would have to get through me first.

I'd like to see anything take on a mad momma kitty.
Such ferocity in a small package.

Every day that passes, I grow to love you more.
I'm starting to wonder how I'll ever let you go.
This is harder than I thought it would be.
Realizing that I won't be there to see you grow.

Am I making the right choice?
Or am I selling myself short again?
